Water-based two-component aliphatic polyurethane varnish ,high performance for sealing microcement, self-levelling and parquet floors, high pedestrian traffic. High hardness and resistance to chemical products. Finish: Satin or Matt.
What it's for
- Two-component, water-based polyurethane varnish. Colourless.
- High-performance seal for microcement, self-levelling and parquet floors with heavy foot traffic.
- Resists stains from common chemicals, shoe-rubber and tyre marks, and abrasion. Very easy to clean.
- Solvent-free, so it can be applied where the public is present.

How to use
Prime
On absorbent surfaces, first roll on two coats of Hydrolaca and let them dry for at least 12 hours.
Mix
Add part B to part A, stir, then add 5–10% water. Use within about 1 hour at 20 °C.
Apply
Two coats by brush, roller or spray, 6 to 48 hours apart. Walkable with care after 12 hours; full resistance after 5 days.

FAQ
Is it suitable for shops and public floors?
Yes. It is made for heavy foot traffic, resists shoe and tyre marks, has a Bfl-s1 fire rating and meets AgBB limits for VOC and aldehyde emissions.
Can people stay in the building while I apply it?
Yes. It is solvent-free, so the area does not need to be evacuated.
How long is the mix usable?
About 1 hour at 20 °C.
What if I miss the 48-hour recoat window?
Sand the surface before the next coat.
